Each title found on this web site only in electronic form is available to any sensible, reputable publisher of three-dimensional books who would like to produce bound, printed copies under a conventional book contract. Literary agents are also welcome to offer their representation of the works published here. Contact us. DamnYankee.com will cooperate to the best advantage of both publishers and authors. You may contact an author via this web site or by conventional mail. The books are the property of the authors. We have a contract with each author here that says we have a commercial interest in any book that has been posted on this web site for 60 days or longer, up until 60 days after it has been removed from this web site. Our interest is invoked if a paper-and-ink publishing contract for the book, not author-financed, is offered during that period. Our claim is negotiable. Unscrupulous people offering contracts and any author who deals with them will see to it that they circumvent the 60 days at either end. If that leaves us out, so be it. In the meantime we will be honored to host good literature. We simply won’t deal with that author again. |
